PCNZ Trifecta

Weve scored a trifecta, with not one, but three, Hawkins projects winning Best in Category in the prestigious Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards 2017.

In total, Hawkins collected nine prizes across a wide range of categories for projects around the country at the annual black-tie gala dinner at Spark Arena in Auckland on 16 June. This is a reflection of the partnership, smart thinking, dedication, determination and range of our teams.

Wellingtons Samuel Marsden College has won Best in Category in the GIB Education and Property Award, with Christchurchs Rolleston College and Haeata Community Campus collecting Merits in the same category.

Auckland’s Australis Nathan Buildings swept up Best in Category in the Hawkins Heritage and Adaptive Reuses Property Award, with the Good Union Bar in Cambridge also receiving Merit.

Our ASB Waterfront Theatre project in Auckland has taken out the Best in Category in the Resene Green Building Property Award, as well as receiving Excellence in the Warren and Mahoney Civic and Arts Property Award.

Other awards received include a Merit in the Arrow International Multi-Unit Residential Property Award, for Unilodge 55 Symonds Street, in Auckland, as well as Merits for Red Stag Sawmill in the Yardi Industrial Property Award and the ASB Waterfront Theatre in the RCP Commercial Office Property Award.
