The postman has been kept busy at Allenton Primary School.

Our South Island team delivering the staged construction project at Allenton Primary School recently implemented a post-box initiative, allowing communication between the school and team onsite to continue during times of social distancing.

The children have been posting their questions, thoughts and pictures to the team who then respond with their own letters to let them known how the project is going and tell them more about their exciting new facility is going to be like once complete.

To launch the initiative, our team, along with our subcontractors held an ‘opening ceremony’ with a small selection of students through the site fence – check out our photos below, including one of the many letters our team have received.

The team at Upsite are also working closely with our team to undertake Drone surveys which offer imagery and fly throughs for progress updates and have also helped to capture the build journey.
