It was a marathon, not a sprint and after three years, one pandemic and two lockdowns the entire site team were proud to hand the building over to the 1,000 very patient residents who call this apartment complex home.

The project numbers (thanks Urban Outcomes for doing the math) included 326 occupied apartments, 1,000 residents across three 15-storey towers, 40,000 scaffold components, 400 tonnes of equipment, over 300 fire doors and hundreds of replaced cladding panels – plus a mammoth effort from everyone on site.

We have loved following the progress of this project and seeing what an amazing site culture was formed onsite between everyone. Well done to everyone involved (you know who you are), we think the complex looks Soho good!
