“I really enjoy watching people’s careers develop. I think that’s a key point of difference at Hawkins – we invest in growing and nurturing our talent from within.
"I get a kick out of seeing people join Hawkins and take advantage of all the opportunities offered to them and move up the ladder. Our people love what they do – so much so that we have many people who’ve been with us for decades - and that’s hugely satisfying to be part of.
“What I love about working in the vertical construction industry is that we create landmarks that you can see and feel proud of. Whether you’re working in an office or on a site, we are all part of the team that creates these amazing buildings. It’s a fast-moving industry where innovation is really important, and that makes working here exciting. No two days are ever the same.”
