Stuart is an experienced Health, Safety & Environment practitioner with extensive safety and environmental management leadership experience across the NZ construction and infrastructure industries.
As National HSE Manager, Stuart is undertaking the critical role of embedding Downer safety policies within Hawkins.

Prior to joining Hawkins, Stuart held various Health, Safety and Environment roles with Fletcher Building and Fletcher Construction in New Zealand. Stuart has also worked for Auckland Regional Council.
